You may be unable to re-activate your software if you are using Nitro PDF Pro 12 or an older version such as Nitro PDF Pro 11, Nitro PDF Pro 10, or Nitro PDF Pro 9 (Error message "There was a connection issue"). Because our activation servers no longer support older versions of Nitro PDF Pro, you'll need to update your software to Nitro PDF Pro 13 or the most recent release of Nitro PDF Pro 12.
If you're a single user, you'll have the option of upgrading to Nitro PDF Pro 12 for free or paying a discounted amount to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13.
This update can be placed on top of your existing Nitro PDF Pro license. Please go to our downloads page and install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 if you want to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 12. The original serial number will be used to activate your new license.
Please visit our website to obtain your new serial number if you decide to update to Nitro PDF Pro 13.
