Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and offer relevant product or service solutions
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM with all interactions
• Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos online
• Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to align lead generation efforts
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends
