Job Description

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing quotes, and tracking orders.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, partners, and internal departments (logistics, finance, operations).
  • Respond to partner inquiries, provide product and pricing information, and follow up on pending quotations or orders.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal use.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and customer communication.
  • Handle partner issues or escalate as necessary to the relevant sales team member or department.
